Located at 1432 Malvern Road and composed of 12 luxury apartments, The Aintree Park residential development provides smart living solutions for the Melbourne market and introduces a new level of intelligently designed apartments to reflect the prestige of its Glen Iris locale. The structure includes a high level of sustainable & energy-efficient initiatives throughout.

The award-winning studio of C. Kairouz Architects has crafted a carefully considered building, from its stunning exterior to its light-filled interiors, with a high degree of energy efficiency through next-generation glass panels which convert sunlight into electricity.

The architecture takes full advantage of its corner address. Onyx Solar photovoltaic glass on the façade, is both a feature and practical. Optimizing the building orientation, the glazing absorbs northern light to power the building.

This project is an advancement on the learnings achieved at The General, also in Melbourne.

The principles of sustainability at Aintree Park are as considered as the design, with next-generation solar glass from ETS used to harness sunlight and generate energy for the building.

“It’s applied between transparency and reflectivity. We wanna let the light enter to open up those balconies to get the beautiful view sights”
